Good uses of the hour
- Whether and how to add sedation or hospital dentistry to a practice, and what it actually requires in permits, privileges, staffing, and payer work.
- A second-location or demographic decision, with the numbers you bring.
- A DSO or partnership offer you want a second read on before the formal process.
- An operational problem that has survived two consultants.
Not good uses
- A specific patient. That is a consult between treating clinicians, not an advisory call.
- Legal, tax, or regulatory questions. I will tell you when you need a lawyer, an accountant, or the board.
Price: fixed, shown at booking. Length: 60 minutes by video. You send the question and any numbers ahead of time; the hour is spent on the answer, not the background.
Advisory calls are general business and clinical-program education based on my experience. They are not legal, financial, or patient-specific medical advice, and they do not create a professional relationship beyond the call.
